After a weekend of enjoying the eleven middle school submissions for The Roar’s Spring writing contest, the Roar’s judges are pleased to announce our winner and two honorable mentions!

This season’s writing contest was a twist from the contest in the Fall and involved writing in response to the prompt of the painting above, a girl in a white dress in a meadow of flowers.
